This resource is an excellent source for teachers who want to organize their classroom in a way that actively encourages empathetic partnerships (vs. competition) using the principles of non-violent communication. This resource helps teachers develop a personal awareness of non-violent communication and classroom management though empathetic partnerships versus competition.
